HRDO Chief Lynda Buenaobra gives an overview of PRIME HRM

CSC Assessment Team Leader Jelyn Ladera presents an overview of the assessment process.

"The assessment team will look at four core HR systems," she said. "namely, the Recruitment, Selection, and Placement (RSP), the Performance Management System (PMS), the Learning and Development (L&D), and Rewards and Recognition (R&R). These core systems will be assessed using the PRIME-HRM lenses of Systems, Practice, and Competencies. The System lens looks at policies, procedures, tools, and systems. Practice will evaluate the actual implementation of the HRM systems, and Competencies will evaluate the capabilities of the HR office."
